I saw this on Pinterest and thought this would be a great post to share. So I guess you can call this Workout Wednesday ;-). This little video list 5 exercises that can be done while laying down watching tv. Some may look at this as being lazy and truth be told, it is but so what! I’m always looking for ways to become more active by me working from home. This can be done in the evening when we’re watching our favorite shows or right before bedtime. Exercise can also be used as a stress reliever for those that have really hectic days!

Today is the first day of fall and I love this time of the year! I love the pretty colors and the weather, it’s not too hot and not too cold. This is comfortable & enjoyable weather that you can get out and enjoy more. This is also the last quarter of the year so if you haven’t started any of your annual goals this is your last chance! Every year people start off the year with new years resolutions that are forgotten along the way. So instead of setting annual goals, why not make quarterly goals because they may be easier to achieve? There are a lot of short term goals that can be achieved by the end of the year such as: 60 weight loss challenge, end of the year savings challenge, learn a new skills for a new job just to name a few! What are your fall goals or 4th quarter goals? There is still time to achieve them, all you have to do is try!


Always believe in yourself and go after what you want! Set higher goals and push yourself to conquer them! Reaching goals that you set for yourself are always more rewarding than goals set by others!

It’s the weekend baby! This is the begining of the weekend so let your hair down and have fun! Monday will bring a new week with new challenges, so use this weekend to relax, recharge and prepare for the new week!


Are you concerned yet? How many variants are there? Every week there is a new concern with this virus and the different variants! Just when we think things are getting better then here comes a new variant! I’m so over this pandemic at this point but we still have to be concerned enough to do our part.
Get vaccinated and wear your mask because some of the decisions we make will affect others! There are no vaccinations for children under 12, so now casess are rising with our children! School just started and the positive cases are causing schools to close again or multiple classes in quarantine! Getting vaccinated is a personal choice and you have thr right to do as you please! I am in no way telling people to get vaccinated, I’m just getting concerned and will be glad when this is all over! With that being said, stay safe everyone !!
